Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BelugaGo LLC website and services. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

BelugaGo LLC provides premium ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, and special event transportation across the United States and Canada. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Bookings and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

3. SMS Notifications

By checking the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from BelugaGo LLC about your booking confirmations, trip reminders, driver arrival alerts, and trip status information. This is an optional service and consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency varies by booking.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].
  • Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our services or receive email communications.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.
  • BelugaGo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.

5. Limitation of Liability

BelugaGo LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
